How do I switch plans (upgrade or downgrade)?
**Currently, plan changes are handled by canceling and re-subscribing**: 1. Cancel your current subscription from the dashboard 2. Your existing plan remains active until the end of the current billing period 3. After it ends, subscribe to a different plan (Basic, Pro or Max) We **don't prorate price differences** between plans because credits are granted up front for each billing cycle. Downgrades during an active billing period are not supported for now.
How is script length calculated and how many credits does it consume?
**Calculation method**: Based on actual character count (including punctuation and spaces). **Credit consumption rules (per review)**: | Character Range | Credits | |-----------------|---------| | 0 – 10,000 | 1 credit | | 10,001 – 20,000 | 2 credits | | 20,001 – 30,000 | 3 credits | | 30,001 – 40,000 | 4 credits | | 40,001 – 50,000 | 5 credits | Scripts **above 50,000 characters are not supported**. You’ll be asked to shorten the script before running a review.
