Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after your purchase date are not eligible for refunds.
Credits Already Used
If you have used more than 10 credits from your subscription plan, you are not eligible for a refund. Credits consumed represent real AI processing costs.
Subscription Renewals
Automatic subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but already-paid renewal fees are non-refundable.
Violation of Terms
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Credits Policy
Credits are consumed based on the length of scripts you review. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period for monthly subscriptions. For annual subscriptions, all credits are provided upfront and remain valid for the entire 12-month period.
